New restaurant in Knowlton: Le Loft

What do you like about the area?
– Residents of Knowlton for a few years, we have a small haven of peace that allows us to live in a peaceful environment with the possibility of practicing our favorite activities nearby, such as biking, skiing and hiking.
Describe your company
– We have just opened the restaurant Le Loft (wine and tapas bar) in the charming village of Knowlton.
Where did the idea of opening your own business come from
– During our adventure trips, we like to discover the flavors of each region, so we opted for the tapas formula that allows us to offer our customers dishes with the flavors of new Mexico (Tex-Mex, Spanish, Mexican). Our menu is composed of local products.
What do your customers say they like most about your company?
– Our customers appreciate our concept of wine by the glass as well as having the possibility to compose their own bottle by 6 glasses of 125 ml at their choice, red or white.
Do you have any tips you would like to share with others who have a dream
-It is in action that we realize our dreams and this restaurant is in our image with this new concept and our warm atmosphere.
