Flavor creators Andrea Coombs and Philippe Gélinas have been growing some twenty thousand elderberry plants on their land since 2014. Come and meet them during your next gourmet walk and discover this ultra-vitamin black berry with tremendous antioxidant and medicinal properties!
All of their Purvita products – pure berry extract, elderflower syrup, elderflower honey and jelly, and their delicious elderflower or elderberry lemonade – are sold at the farm store. In the summertime, you can visit the fields or sit on the terrace to enjoy a snack or refreshments. Everything is prepared on the spot, according to the first fruits of the garden.
