At Val Caudalies in Dunham
The Val Caudalies vineyard is a beautiful place to walk and picnic. The view of the Appalachian Mountains is spectacular. Picnic tables are installed and you also have access to a large covered terrace. During the harvest season, we even offer U-pick.
At Bleu Lavande
While the lavender is in bloom (the first two weeks of July are the peak of the blooming period), take advantage of the opportunity to have a picnic by purchasing a Bubbles and Lavender package or a Girls’ Night Out package (4 people). Otherwise, buy products from the Bistro Lavandula and sit on one of the picnic tables along the lavender fields. A pleasure for all the senses.

Impress your picnic partner with your nutritional savvy.
Move. Throw a Frisbee, toss a football or play a spirited game of bocce. It’s fun and good for you.
Put drinks in a cooler separate from any perishable food. As picnickers open and reopen the beverage cooler, perishable foods will not be permanently exposed to hot outdoor temperatures.
