Spend the night at the vineyard in your RV

You like to get away from it all in a trailer but you don’t want to be packed away like a sardine. Or worse, sleeping in a Walmart parking lot.

Imagine parking your RV on a bucolic land, a vineyard or an orchard. It is now possible in Quebec and even in Canada by subscribing to the Terego service. The concept is simple: parking is free for the night. As a member you go to their site in the member area and you make the choice of the region. All you have to do is subscribe to the program annually for $105.

Terego currently does business with 270 farms and local businesses. More than 3800 people have already signed up for this service as travelers to be able to stay on their site. On average each farm has 5 sites. Travelers must book less than 30 days before arrival.

In the region, there are, among others, the Domaine Breeze Vineyard and the Vignoble l’École du 3e Rang in Roxton Pond.

The 3rd Row School

The Vignoble L’École du 3e rang produces wines, ciders, creams and liqueurs with its fruits. It offers jellies and jams, especially the delicious pear jam and Vincent Malice rosé wine. A purely agricultural municipality, a very large village, meadows, cattle, forests, valleys and hills… you will be charmed! The School offers tastings of drinks and also beef or lamb sausages prepared with its animals.

The Terego company was founded in 2017, following an RV trip to the lands of New Zealand. One of the founders, Karine Morin, was surprised that this service did not exist in Quebec. This service has existed for a long time in France and the United States.
