Cowansville’s Karine Goyette has just been awarded the title of portrait photographer of the year by the association Photographes professionnels du Québec (PPDQ).
“This title is kind of like the Stanley Cup of photographers.” The latter took her first steps in the world of photography as a self-taught person before following several specialized courses. She founded Studio Nala – Master Photographer in February 2004 and has been working full time since November 2005.
