The Three Graces
Eastman residents love their café bistro. Ask them where to eat: chances are they will direct you to Les Trois Grâces. « Here, we are not customers, but friends, » says one of them, sitting at the bar. True, the owners, Eve and Alexandre, offer a warm welcome to regulars as well as to passing guests. You can stop by for a gourmet breakfast (try the cretons from the local butcher’s shop, JL Fortin), a lunch with regional flavors or a dinner, sweet for the palate as well as for the wallet. Please note: only cash is accepted.

The Avelines
In Avelines, the pastry shops have disappeared, but the fine chocolates – and the famous caramel with fleur de sel – of the Breton owner (and pastry chef) Gilles Cochennec continue to attract sweet-toothed gourmets.

The Coast
This modern-looking restaurant has recently sprung up next to the Eastman Cabaret, where many singers and comedians tour. Here, bistro classics – knife-edge tartar, flank steak, ribs, fish and chips, mussels – are presented in a fragmented way, with particular care. The fries are served in mini-dumpers, the burgers on wooden boards, the poutine is topped with crab… A generous, meaty and unpretentious cuisine, perfect for an après-ski!
