The maple sweets

What could be better than enjoying a maple syrup pie with a little coffee after a road trip in Vermont? Located in Frelighsburg, this former general store converted into a restaurant is sure to please lovers of sweet treats, pâtés and local products. A must-have.

Chocolate Museum

Bromont Chocolate Museum

A discovery in Bromont during my recent maternity leave. Not only can you enjoy divine chocolate treats, but the eggs Benedict are to be thrown on the floor. I am salivating just writing these words.

The King’s Cellar

New to the region, the Royal Bromont Golf Club’s restaurant relies on the expertise of JeromeFerrer (Europea) to concoct some delicious treats for your plate. Scallops, foie gras, carpaccio, macaroons, homemade gnocchi; a memorable gastronomic experience. All this with a breathtaking view of the mountains.

Le Canard Gourmand

Located in Farnham, the restaurant offers regional cuisine combined with privately imported and local wines in a bistro setting. We go there for the duck confitdumplings, the Appalachian red deer terrine and the Coureur des bois crème brûlée.

Le Pleasant Hotel & Café

Whether it is for a good breakfast or a high caliber dinner, this little jewel from Sutton will delight your taste buds. The freshness and quality of the food and the rigor in the kitchen dictate the daily life of Nicolas Normandeau, chef of the Pleasant. How can you resist the smoked Stanstead rabbit chorizo frittata or the braised beef cheek? Skeptics will be confounded.

The Corkscrew

Planning a stop on the Wine Route? Why not combine business with pleasure by taking a trip to the Orpailleur vineyard to enjoy a cuisine that combines local products and vineyard products? Have a glass of vin gris to my health, it’s my favorite Quebec wine.
